A Fresh Start

This blog replaces the page formerly known as Diplomatic Talk. The approach is quite different. Instead of presenting statements made by leading political figures and statesmen, which can be found elsewhere on the Web (if you take the time to look for them), the blog will present my own comments on international affairs and diplomacy.

Under each entry there is a COMMENTS link. This enables a visitor to the blog to make their own contributions.
